How to add panellists in panel database

The Panel Database in EyeQuestion is where you can access a comprehensive list of all panelists, complete with their information stored within the system. Access to this page is restricted to users with a Panelist Manager profile.

Adding Panellists

On the Panel Management selection in EyeQuestion, you can add panellist. When you click the Add Panellist button, a new field appears in which you must the following enter information: login name, password and e-mail address. 

How to Generate Multiple Panellists at Once 

In the panel management section, the “Generate Panellists” feature enables the creation of several panellists logins using a particular code. To do this, you must input a prefix (e.g., "User") and a range of numbers for the starting and ending points (e.g., 1 to 7 for 7 panellists). If you enter in the password field a "?", the system will randomly assign a password to each panellist generated. Once you click the "generate" button, the newly created panellists will be added to the "Manage Panellist" tab within the Panel Management section.

How to Import Panellist(s)

To include panellists, an additional approach is to import them from an Excel file. Within the panel management options, there is an "import panellist" button that allows you to do so. Furthermore, you can obtain a standard Excel document that you can personalize with your own information and then import to add panellists.

Here you can also download a standard Excel document that you can modify with your own data and then import to add panellists. Below are the columns used in the Excel document. 

Afterwards you can import your filled in Excel file. Use the browse button the search for the file and import the file.

When you press the import button after opening the file EyeQuestion will start importing the panellist(s) in your panel database.
