How to Download and Print Your Questionnaire Design and Labels

Preparing for a sensory study can be a time-consuming process, but with the right tools, it can be made much simpler. The export functionalities in EyeQuestion provides you with the ability to download and print your questionnaire design and labels with ease.

Downloading Your Design:

An overview of your design is essential to know which samples to give in what order and to which panelists. EyeQuestion provides you with the option to download this file, which you can then print and provide to the personnel in charge of setting up the test study.

The design export option is available under the project design export.

There are three different options:

1) Excel: This export will print the project design with sets and product description as shown in a screenshot below:

2) Export by session: If a project design has multiple sessions then this export will export the design per session.

3) Location: If a project runtime settings is "by location" which means sets are linked to a booth location then the design is exported per location.

Downloading Labels:

EyeQuestion also allows you to download the labels with the blinding code of each of your products. If you have a specific label layout, then we can create a custom label template allowing you to print the labels quickly in the desired format with just a click.

There are different label exports that are available for users.

Printing Lists:

The Print List button in EyeQuestion generates your project's print list, providing you with a comprehensive overview of your project.

Overviews and Summaries:

EyeQuestion provides you with the option to print an overview of your project in Word and PDF format. The Simple Overview button will print all the questions of the project, while the Summary button will print a summary of the project.

Shipping List:
The shipping list function is an Excel sheet (in the .csv format) that allows a user to print labels for shipping the products to panelists. This feature should be used when the design runtime settings is "by panelists" which allows to link a set to a specific panelist. This export will print details of a panelist for example: their login, firstname, lastname, address along with the assigned set and samples.

Protocol:
It is possible to download a protocol word document that contains information about the test and a summary of the number of sets and products used. It is also possible for us to create a custom protocol printing different project settings in the word document.
