Time Intensity with Time Pinching

Time Intensity with Time Pinching is a mobile version of the Time Intensity questiontype, with the added ability to let panelists pinch the field on the tablets. The principle is the same, pinch the field using the touch screen with each pinch representing an interval. Before panelists start the time intensity, they will have the option to calibrate the question if this option is enabled. This has been set up due to the possible difference in hand size of the panelists.

Temporal Dominance Sensation (TDS)

A Temporal Order of Sensations (TOS) questiontype is used to determine the order of the perceived sensory attributes.
clip0731

Panelists have to click the START button and select which attribute is dominant when it is perceived. Multiple attributes can be selected. Clicking the STOP button will stop the time and the question will be finished and no longer usable. The order of the selected attributes will be displayed on screen.

The question comes with pre-loaded attributes, which project managers are free to replace with their own project appropriate attributes.

Clicking the clip0407 will display a clip0408 icon next to the attribute description. Clicking it will delete the item. Clicking the clip0409 icon will unlock the value field, indicated by a clip0410 icon, where you can enter the value of the attribute. Display refers to the value which is visible to the panelist. Value refers to the actual value stored in the database.

The TOS questiontype can be somewhat personalized by adding specific messages at specific times, adding the Maximum Selected amount of attributes or setting up the orientation of the question to be horizontal, vertical or a circle.

There are various layout options available.
