How to manage panellist unsubscription

In this article we will explain more about how you can manage panellist unsubscriptions. Under the panel management tab you can see various options, including "Manage unsubscribes".

Under the manage unsubscribes tab you can find all the panellist that unsubscribed from your panel. These persons are not visible in the panel anymore and cannot receive any e-mails. It is also possible to add someone to the unsubscription list manually by using the blue button on the right side. Once a person is on this list, the unsubscription is complete.

You can delete panellist from this list by using the red button with a trash can. This means that they will be back in the panel and can be contacted again for surveys.

Searching for a specific panellist is done by using the search bar on the right side of the screen. 

Note: Being on the unsubscribe list means that the panellist will not receive any e-mails. However, the information of the user is not completely deleted. If you want to delete definitely, you need to do so via the panellists list. (panel management > manage panellists) and delete the user there.
