How to Unlock Users/Panelists

If there are any problems login into EyeQuestion, your account might be locked. This happens if you enter an incorrect password multiple times (depending on your password policy). For security reason, it is not possible for you to access your environment anymore and once you are locked EyeQuestion will not send an email if you click on "forgot password".

How to reset your password

In order to reset your password, you need to ask a co-worker with EyeQuestion access and the User Manager Profile to first unlock your profile by going to User Management > Manage Users > Edit user 
The fourth line from the top is called "Locked" and set to ON. Klick on the button to set it to OFF, to unlock the user. 

Once your profile is unlocked, you can reset your password by clicking on “Forgot Password?” on the login page. You will automatically receive an email, if you have a correct e-mail address in your profile. Also be sure to check your spam folder.  If this doesn't solve your problem, please, contact support@eyequestion.nl
